SPRING/SUMMER 2002
This season sees the return to trend of womenswear
tailoring, and, with 25 years in the tailoring and
co-ordinates sector, Sticky Fingers
is the optimum brand choice for today’s discerning
customer.
Sticky Fingers new designer, Mario
Omar, has boldly shifted the emphasis towards ‘must
have’ slick contemporary tailoring with close
attention to detail, whilst retaining a purity of
line which enhances the superior cut.
The Sticky Fingers ‘Signature’
range has been expanded to three colour
choices ~ Black, Coffee Cream and Navy, making this
the perfect choice for career wear which can also
be adapted for the social/evening wardrobe. The
mainstay of the range is the redoubtable ‘Signature’
twill, a fabric which has enjoyed continual sell
through success over the last few seasons. We are
backing this with substantial stock for prompt repeat
orders in the most popular styles & colours.
The success of Sticky Fingers
pinstripe has led to a new development in this perennial
favourite. Our new textured pinstripe in 100% Virgin
Wool has all the hallmarks of this classic favourite,
but with a new twist for the 21st century; offered
in three stunning base colours, Black, Spring Blue
and Dusty Rose, all incorporating the ivory boucle
pinstripe.
By popular demand we are again running the Sticky
Fingers Linen Viscose range, with colours
based around the ‘Neapolitan Riviera’
theme. We are also re-running the Spring Mac which
was so successful in Spring/Summer 2001. This season
we have selected soft pastel shades of Blue, Pink
and Stone.
The perfect accent for occasion wear is our exclusive
development of a ‘Linen Shimmer’, using
the finest Irish linen woven with iridescent lurex
to capture the dewy tones of early Springtime.
Our Stretch Cotton group is biased towards item
buys which can be teamed with either our shell top
or jacket for the co-ordinated look. The palette
of colours includes the freshest Aqua, Pale Pink
and Beige, alongside the essential Black, and is
ideal for the customer who is making the transition
from casual wear to the resurgent tailored look.
To compliment our tailored ranges we have the perfect
look for relaxed dressing in our 100% Linen range.
Using the finest Irish linen in both plain and gingham,
these groups are ideal for mix and match co-ordinates
which reflect our philosophy of adaptable dressing
for all occasions.
The Spring/Summer 2002 range encapsulates the return
to strength in fabrication, style, colour and ‘must
haves’ from one of the buyer’s favourite
brands.
